Our Simple Process Contact us via email at sales@northcoastink.com and ask us for a "Used Fuser Core/Printer Parts Form". We will email you this form in Microsoft Excel. On this page, fill in your contact information and columns A, B, and C (if applies). Email this page back to us. If you do not have Excel, than you will need to fax us your offer to 646-365-7722. At this point, give us 1 to 3 days to get back to you with our offer. We are known in the industry to take more used fuser cores, used maintenance kits, and other printer parts than anyone else. Most companies will only take what they need which may only be one or two items on your list. Please do not waste our time if you only plan on trying to sell us parts from really old printers and that is it. Once we confirm pricing with you, we will need to discuss with you our shipping procedures so product will arrive here in good condition, and keep shipping costs down. We will pay shipping charges and email or fax you the shipping labels. Package product per our instructions which is very inexpensive and doesn't take long to do. Please do not send parts (especially fuser cores) wrapped in newspaper; when this is done, we see anywhere from 20%-85% damaged. We have really great techniques which will protect the product. Keep boxes below 50# each also to reduce delivery drivers dropping the boxes. Product must be received by us once pricing is confirmed within 7-10 business days to validate same pricing offered. We will not be accepting any shipments that do not contain a detailed packing list; the packing list MUST reference our purchase order number. As always we also do not accept orders that contain styro-foam peanuts. All orders that do not meet these requirements will be refused. Once product is received in at our location, we will inspect it, write up our inspection report and mail you a check. We hope to do business with you on a monthly basis so let's make this a great business relationship and keep some things out of the landfills a little longer. Payout is determined by what product you would like to send us, the quantities you have, the condition the product is in when received by us, and the fluctuatiing market conditions at the time you send it to us. Note: If you don't see your items listed here, please email us your part or give us a call. Do not throw them away. We located a buyer just recently for some really old Lexmark fuser cores. If we can't use it, I don't know who can. Fusers and maintenance kits should be sent in their original boxes or packaged real good with alot of padding around them due to all the mechanical parts that can get damaged in shipping. Incurred shipping charges on product sent damaged will reflect in the final pay out. Pay Outs are subject to change due to market conditions at the time.
